Directions
Place the unit on a flat, stable surface. Remove top housing and fill the water reservoir with cool tap water (do not overfill). Replace top housing and secure mask. Plug in, turn on, and allow steam to begin (approximately 5 – 6 minutes). Breathe normally through nose and mouth for 5 – 15 minutes per session. Unplug and allow the unit to cool before cleaning or storing.
Ingredients
This is a steam inhaler device — the device itself does not contain medicinal ingredients. The included VICKS VapoPads (optional aromatherapy pads) contain eucalyptus oil, menthol, glycol and cedar leaf oil among others that release soothing vapours during steam therapy.
