ZEN Sports Spray 125ml is a therapeutic topical spray formulated to help relieve minor sports‑related injuries such as bruises, sprains, and muscle aches.
Designed for use before or after sporting activities, it contains a blend of herbal ingredients traditionally used to support blood circulation, alleviate pain, reduce inflammation and swelling, and enhance massage effects.

Directions
Apply 1–4 sprays directly to the affected area and massage in gently. Repeat 1–4 times daily as needed. This product may be used both before and after sporting activities to support comfort.

• Arnica montana flower 20 mg
• Boswellia carterii stem bark resin 16 mg
• Panax pseudoginseng root 16 mg
• Commiphora myrrha stem bark resin 14 mg
• Mentha arvensis herb oil 100 mg
Excipients: Camphor, ethanol & glycerol.
