ZO‑RUB HP 0.075% Topical Cream is a targeted topical analgesic designed to help relieve pain associated with medically diagnosed painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy and post‑herpetic neuralgia (nerve pain following shingles) once open skin lesions have healed.
Its capsaicin‑based formula works locally at the affected area to reduce pain signals by decreasing levels of Substance P, a chemical involved in transmitting pain impulses to the brain.
The cream may cause a temporary warming or burning sensation upon application, which typically reduces as treatment continues.

Directions
Apply a thin film of the cream to the affected area 3–4 times daily. Wash hands thoroughly after application unless hands are part of the treatment area. Temporary burning or warmth may occur initially; regular application as directed helps reduce this effect. If symptoms worsen or don’t improve after 28 days, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

Warnings
